Shire Rose Arbour
I have just erected my Arbour after painting it. It was quite easy and looks great. I only required help to fit the three bars that support the seat. The only problem was on the two sides and the triangular roof part required 6 longer screws which were not supplied.

Perfect gift
I bought this for my daughter's 21st birthday - she absolutely loves it! It was straight forward to put together and delivery went smoothly (after a few issues with stock availability). It looks perfect in her garden - would definitely recommend it. The fact it has open sides and back panels makes it very light and airy. Shame it didn't come with a cushion but we managed to find one that fitted. Overall very pleased indeed - a lovely feature!

Think twice before buying
My advice is to buy a very powerful sander and a bucket of wood filler or just buy a better arbour. This is a very poorly finished product with cheap very rough, knotholed wood, ugly nail holes and poor carpentry.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
