Great sensor features.

Great buy
Bought this a month ago and very happy with purchase. The automatic lid is very useful. Only downside is that it’s very fiddly to change bin liners snd the kid goes up every time you go pass it. Lid doesn’t stay up for long snd come down on you when you’re emptying a plate. Still very happy with it though.

I'm happy few dents on the item I really couldn't be bothered with all the hassle that came with getting a new item and sorting out delivery and that's my issue. The item is fabulous.

Swan retro 45l sensor bin
We bought this bin a few months ago whilst the senor operated lid has performed very well I find the removal of the bin liners is not so straight forward as they tend to catch on the folder lip of the bin resulting in the odd tear in the liner when full. The look of the bin is very good and my wife has got the inserting of the bin liner down to a Tee resulting in no ugly view of the bin liner around the lid and bin top. Overall we are happy with this product

Damanged - Disappointed
So disappointed as the bin arrived damaged despite being extremely well packaged - therefore I'm presuming it left the manufacturer this way and obviously the stock wasn't checked. Couldn't be bothered to go through the return process as no guarantee it wouldn't happen again Contacted Robert Dyas who in turn contacted their supplier - offered a 10% discount not a lot when you consider how much the initial cost was.
