Nice rustic archway
This recently purchased rustic archway is an excellent addition to the garden. I've painted it and to be honest it looks brilliant over a set of steps leading to an upper lawn. A huge enhancement at exceptionally reasonable cost. Only 8 pieces to be screwed together with moderate DIY skills. Initially however 2 pieces were missing although a quick phone call secured the missing bits in a week or so.

Poor customer support
I ordered a garden arch at the end of September. Within half I realised it was too wide and cancelled the order. In spite of cancelling the arch it was delivered and we cannot any further response to having it collected, despite initially being informed on 6th October it would cost us £23.39 plus VAT to have it collected! There is no available phone number for Robert Dyas to call and the live chat is not available. I have sent numerous e mail to customer service since 6/10 and had no reply. I would like to leave no stars but this was not an option!
