Please note: This product is supplied in its natural state, finished with a fine sanding process. The wood has not been pre-treated and we would therefore recommend the use of teak oil/wood protection to add further protection and longevity to the product. Without additional protection, the wood will deteriorate over time.

Chairs to make you feel good
These chairs are solidly constructed and of very good quality hardwood. It is said that Teak should not be oiled as this can reduce the effectiveness of the natural oils in the wood. The colour will age towards a silvery grey, which is very attractive. However, I have used Roxil Wood Protection Liquid, which is colourless and gives the Teak a hydrophobic surface to prevent water ingress, reduce the growth of algae and mould and prolong the life of the chairs. Mine needed the screws tightened but that was easily done. I thoroughly recommend these chairs and I am sure that you will not be disappointed.

Quality chairs
Quality chairs at an affordable price. Cheaper options have horizontal slats on the chair backs (which look cheap). Some of the screws needed tightening but that was not a problem. Have given them a coat of teak oil and will probably repeat that every year. They should last for many years. As these only arrived a couple of weeks ago have not had the chance to use them hence the 4 stars

Screws Loose
All the screw joints were loose on all 4 chairs. One of the screw joints would not screw together as the chair had not been countersunk at all to allow the 2 parts of the joint to be connected together.
Delivery was promised by Wednesday, on Tuesday I got a message sayng that they would be delivered on Friday. On returning home on Thursday the 4 chairs had been left in my porch.
Once I had sorted out all the joints the chairs seemed to be OK.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
