Craftsmanship a lot to be desired!
Recently purchased this item 15/6 that should have arrived 20/6; only arrived 9/7 after a lot of chasing and being put on hold 20 or more minutes at a time! The supplier to Robert Dyers cancelled delivery the night before via email with no reason. Only upon calling was I told they stopped delivery due to poor quality. When delivered all of it was completely separated pieces ie., not even partially assembled, it had no pre-drilled holes, no tongue and grooves, slots etc. Not the high quality one might expect or ‘luxury finish’ website claims. Website did not mention it had to be assembled from scratch! Wood looks vaguely treated, some slightly warped...would not mind assembling if it was properly crafted wood joins etc. The delivery driver had to unload each piece off truck by hand as loaded bundle.... will see what this looks like when I finally assemble and paint it...seems a lot of effort required for the price paid.
