Have used several times
Im a carpenter so installation went quite well. 1)You can cut the pole down if you needed to
2) you’ll need a router for the groove to receive the floor guide ( instructions won’t show this )
3) the small grub screws provided to fix the pole to the wall brackets are ok but I ended up buying slightly longer ones

Poor tesponse
Initial deliver was very quick but was faulty on opening. Then e mailed Robert dyas which they never responded to, two on line chats with still no result, they blamed their supplier for delay in replacing and two subsequent phone calls with very long wait times. Replacement eventually delivered after long and unacceptable delay.
Much too much hassle.

door track pole
steel pole that door runs on as been redesigned cut into two pieces witch makes it more difficult to fit should have left it as it was
