The Lay-Z-Spa® Helsinki AirJet™ is a versatile hot tub for any occasion from hot tub parties to unwinding alone. The WiFi connection allows you to control the integrated features from a smart device so the Napa AirJet™ can be ready to jump into when you get home. With a quick setup, tool-free setup, it includes a 40°C rapid heating system, Freeze Shield™ technology for use all year, power-saving timer, digital control panel with drinks holders, insulated lid with a safety-clip cover and a practical ChemConnect dispenser for easy water maintenance.

Highly recommend
We are really pleased with our new purchase. It was easy and quick to set up, is comfortable and looks great! The app is a brilliant touch, I can turn the temperature up when I’m leaving work and it’s ready to jump in when I’ve put the kids to bed. We have used it lots already and would highly recommend it!

Love it have the insulated cover and it maintains its temperature perfectly. The whole unit is robust, despite a fault with our first spa the warranty was easy to deal with and the replacement was supplied quickly.

Fabulous and roomy tub, so easy to get started and not complicated at all, everything is easy to work out but also worth watching the Lay Z Spa you tube videos too. Once set up it filled quickly and we got the heating and filter going once over the filter and heat inlets. Chemical shock went well and within 24hrs we were in it, bubbling away. We have found that the level is best below the min line otherwise you just lose that amount of water over the top with the bubbles on anyway and we also use the lower setting for bubble strength it's perfect. Absolutely loving it !!

Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
