Make the most of your garden space by adding a stylish, practical and high-quality Helios Summerhouse.
With a fantastic curved roof, the Helios is a great-looking product guaranteed to suit any garden. There are three sizes to choose from and come equipped with double doors with lock and key, styrene glazed windows and green mineral felt.
These are built using 12mm shiplap cladding, 12mm tongue and groove floor and roof for rigidity, stability and durability.

INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Finally, Merica touch-up any blemishes on-site after installation and supply you with the pot of paint for any future touch-ups.

I bought this is the New Year's sale and Robert Dyas kindly waited until March for my delivery on request for when the weather was better. My brother put it together in less than a day. There were a few nails sticking out that he hammered in properly. No signs of warping or damage. One thing to note, it does NOT fit through a house door, our garden is at the back of the house and we couldn't bring it in through the front door.

I Brought my Summer house 1 month ago. The delivery was very quick it came in two days from when ordered. It was very easy to put up, managed to get it up in one day. It took me two days to build and fully paint and I love it great value for money.

Excellent outbuilding
I bought this summer house two weeks ago it came on the 10th Feb I've heard some good reviews on here and some bad ones. But the Mercia summerhouse I brought is absolutely excellent I can't fault it it's very good value for money I highly recommend this product you definitely need two people to put it together the driver was very polite and helped with placing the summerhouse closer to the gate so it would be easy to to move to back garden. I absolutely love this summer I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to buy one.

Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
