Cress Fine Curled (Lepidium sativum) produce tasty sprouts or 'micro-greens' with a fresh 'peppery' flavour, ready in 4-6 days. A quick and easy to grow, nutritious 'superfood' cress is ideal for use in sandwiches, salads and other dishes.
You can harvest these plants all year round. They thrive best in partial sunlight and will sprout in soil or a jar or seed sprouter easily.
