Solid quality
I bought this product about 3 weeks ago on-line & it was delivered within 3 working days. It was easy to assemble and is now an essential piece of garden furniture for us to sit in the sun with a drink & enjoy the view.

Seat looks good and well made.
Seat is reasonably comfortable, even without cushions! Fairly easy to assemble, but would have been easier, if I had read the instructions more carefully! One thing not shown on plans, bottom rail of seat-backs should be assembled with wider holes at the bottom. My wife and I are really pleased that we bought it!

My garden furniture arrived badly damaged, and Customer Services at Robert Dyas were most unhelpful. I wouldn't purchase anything through Robert Dyas again, and would be wary about Rowlinson products as my item was obviously damaged prior to packing.

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £30 from Robert Dyas, use code FREEDEL30 at checkout and is available on Standard products. This offer excludes products for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

Please note some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home), it is at the drivers discretion if they can deliver the item to another location on the property.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
