Fantastic quality product
My brother and I bought this for our Mum as a surprise present. I have never seen her so gobsmacked. Someone assembled it for her and she has not stopped going on about how wonderful it is is and it was really good timing getting it sorted out before the coronavirus lockdown

Amazing quality
Bought this table a couple of weeks ago and I’m so pleased with it, it was easy to assemble although does need two people. It is really heavy and solid and definitely seems like it will last a long time

Great Table, difficult delivery
Bought this during lockdown, arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the heaviest part (the table top) arrived damaged - looks like it was probably dropped on one corner. The staff at NBB ( the supplier) were really helpful and sent a replacement immediately which unfortunately also arrived with similar damage ! A third was sent on a pallet which was fine and the table is now sturdy and we are very happy with it. I would suggest that these are always sent by pallet in future as they are too heavy to be safely delivered without.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
