Lovely product
Very stylish product! Great size and looks super durable. Love that it can tilt. Am sure we’ll be using it for many years (if the a British weather plays ball that is!). When opened the wire at the top was stuck by luckily my husband was able to fix it.

Excellent value
I looked around for quite some time for a parasol. Lots of variation in prices. This was fairly cheap compared to lots of what seemed to be very similar. I was worried the quality wouldn't be as good but went for it as it was available to be delivered before I needed it. Couldn't be more pleased with it. Have used it lots already in the first few weeks, including in the rain. Excellent product, great value, looks great.

Very chic and classy parasol
We needed a parasol for our new table in our front garden and this unusual grey Shanghai style umbrella caught my eye. We had so many compliments and I totally agree. I particularly like its very pleasing style without the fussy details usually found on this sort of parasol... It is very well made and strong and comes with an easy pulley system inclusive handle plus an option to change the angle..

Good sturdy parasol
This parasol seems very strong together with a granite base. We live at the top of a hill and our old one used to blow over in the wind. So far this parasol has remained in place. Looks very good and good value for money.

Not perfect, but ok for the price
I love the slightly unusual design of the parasol. It was easy to assemble and is just the right size. It's not perfect: the finial was lop-sided and a piece of plastic was poking through the seam. When I prised it apart to reassemble it, dozens of identical pieces of waste plastic fell out. There is a flaw in the weave of the fabric running the entire width of one of the panels. One of the hollow aluminum poles has a hole in it which will probably affect its structural integrity. Honestly, if I hadn't really needed the parasol immediately, I would probably have asked for a replacement. However, it has provided much needed shade during this hot weather and the price was very reasonable.

Good replacement for my old broken one.
My last parasol died after 10 years so needed a quick replacement. Seemed to be a national shortage, however this one came up in a search and I’m really pleased with it. Didn’t really think grey would be nice but it actually looks ok.
