Great Christmas tree for a flat
I saw this advertised on Robert Dyes email. I was looking for a new tree as I had moved into a flat. This was easy to put up and just with the lights on looked really beautiful. Once it had baubles on it looked very sophisticated. I am so pleased that I had brought it and would recommend it to my friends.

Really impressed, great quality

Perfect for a small area

Cute Tree!
I purposefully bought this tree because it was advertised as a slim tree. It is just what was needed, fits the area perfectly. The right amount of lights, doesn't look needy at all. Good quality, easy to set up. Very happy with the purchase.

Did the job!
We needed a slim ish tree for a small space and this was perfect. Came with lights making it easy to put together without having to set angle our other lights and get caught up trying to feed them around the tree. Relatively sturdy. Hopefully it’ll last for the next few years. I’ve never had a fake tree before. I’m a convert!

Slim & Elegant - Perfect Tree For A Small Home
Bought this tree just before Xmas 2017 - the item arrived well packaged and was really easy to assemble and looked good just as it came - however I decorated the tree with some old baubles.
The lights are well positioned around the entire tree and the branches easy to arrange so that the tree looks full and impressive
Thought this good value for money compared with other similar items that are out there
Packs away back into the postal box and is easy to store in a small cupboard as it is really slim.

A decent looking small tree, ideal for a corner installation, it oozes quality and benefits from being already lit - no more messing about with strings of lights. The stand is simplicity itself and appears sturdy and capable. I would recommend this tree to other purchasers.

Pre-Lit Slim Duchess Christmas Tree 5ft
Was just the right width to fit in where we took out plant pot, but I thought it was going to be taller than it was, but still effective. The legs come separately and were a bit wobbly so we strengthened them up. The artificial tree was great as just plugged it into an extension lead and put on a few baubles we did not need tinsel.
When it came to putting it away this was quite easy and ready for next year with maybe a different colour scheme. Boom

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
