Cluster berry lights
I bought a set of these cluster berry lights in early December. They were bought for my Christmas tree and threw a beautiful warm glow into the pine needle. They were such a success that I bought two more sets and am using them in the house now that Christmas is over. Really pleased.

Great lights - shame about the power supply.
I would give the lights themselves 5/5 but the power supply / controller - oh dear - where to start. It's fine if you want to run one set of lights and you want them on for eight hours BUT if you want to run more than one set, in this case a set from a different supplier, together for less than eight hours you have a problem. If the power supply is turned off, for example by an external timer, it comes back on with the first (default?) light setting. Fine if you want this setting I suppose but if you want another setting, lets say static lights, then you have to cycle through the options every time the lights are powered on again to get to your preferred option. Clearly not thought through. Having said that the actual quality of the lights appears to be good and they are competitively priced.

Very poor return procedure
If you want to deal with a company who makes it extremely difficult to return an item this is the one. Booked their courier a week ago to return (spoke to a lovely customer service advisor to be fair) no courier turned up and was on hold for 30 mins today to try and sort, hung up in the end so still not sorted.
