Strong and easy to use
I bought this nearly a month ago. I was sick of airers that were weak and didn't last. This one does not have separate legs like the others I have used, it has a continuous bar each side that stand on the floor. This means that when it is moved, the legs don't bend and get caught on the floor. It is very easy to put up and take down. It is also stays shut when closed for storage, and doesn't have the pole legs sticking out like other airers. There is plenty of space to hang clothing. Although it may seem more expensive than other airers, I am going to order a second one because I feel that it will last far longer than any previous ones I have owned (and I have owned a good many airers over the years!). A very good product.

Very impressive
I bought this to replace a 25 year old gate style airer which I loved but it had finally given up. I did a lot of online searching for the most economical use of space, ease of use, storage etc. I chose this one because I liked the position of the hanging bars compared to other airers which have the hanging rails in an inverted style. My conclusion is that I'm delighted with this airer. It's lightweight, easy to operate, not overly tall so you can easily reach the top rails and has loads of drying space. Although it's lightweight it has a sturdy design so doesn't topple over. I would highly recommend this airer. I can usually find at least one thing I'm not happy with when I buy a replacement product but I can say I can't find anything to complain about with this one.

Very nicely designed
I chose this model after reading other reviews and I’m glad I did. It’s USP is it’s upside-down design which is supposed to give more drying space. I haven’t tested it to its maximum capacity yet but what I do like is the super easy method of raising and lowering it one-handed. To make it perfect for me the manufacturer could add a handle on top of the pull up bar so I don’t have to bend right down to the floor to raise it to standing.

Clothes hanging made easy
The hanging angles make perfect sence, if you think about it. I can hang an assorted 9kg wash in around 5 mins now. Once you figure out a routine of where and what order to hang certain items; it's brilliant..!! Light-weight, but sturdy - just pull it up to use and click the wings to drop - easy>>!!

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

You can also select a convenient day to receive your delivery by choosing a named day delivery (delivery on working days only).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
