Overview
The Konnect Smart Heated Underblanket takes personal heating to the next level. Controlled via the free Beurer connect app, you can set it to come on at a temperature and time that suits you. Whether from your sofa or the back of the taxi, you can make sure your bed is ready when you are. It has 9 accurate temperature settings and separate heat zones; great for those with cold feet! The soft fleece fibres are breathable and Oeko-Tek certified to be gentle on even sensitive skin. The added advantage of the removable control allows you to wash this heated underblanket in the washing machine at 30°. The Beurer connect app is free and unlocks even more great features like the eco control energy consumption indicator. You can even set heat programmes for each day of the week. If you’d prefer to take control manually, it includes two illuminated control panels with clear LCD displays for easy operation. As with all Beurer heating products, the Konnect Smart Heated Underblanket is designed with the assurance of the Beurer Safety System (BSS) and even offers you an automatic switch-off option for peace of mind as you drift off to sleep.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
