This strimmer is fine for an average to small garden, with grass that needs trimming. A little too lightweight for longer grass, or prolonged use. "Would you recommend this product to a friend" Yes for the above reasons, but "No" for any serious strimming.

Poor Service
I went to collect my order from the Farnham Branch on the fifth day (delivery promised within five days) and was told by a very inept young man that it was not there. I was upset as it was needed for some work that day.
Another staff member noticed I was upset and told the young man to look again as they had just had a delivery. He then returned with the item. I am singularly unimpressed with your delivery system as I had had a notice that it was dispatched on the Tuesday. It then took three days to reach your branch what delivery organisation did you use?
