Easy to assemble
We are delighted with our tree. We needed to downsize from our large tree and the height and circumference are ideal. The fixed lights are pretty and it was easy to assemble. Small enough to pack away.

Easy to assemble
We decided on a new tree as assembling the previous one took ages, so pleasantly surprised as you can not always believe whats written on the box. Looks very nice as well with the white lights. I don't know how they packed it into the box though and will have to put it away loose for next year.

Pre-lit without a plug!
Decided to go for a pre lit tree this year to save the hassle with lights etc… but this has been the biggest hassle!
The children couldn’t wait to set it up when it arrived, I then go to switch it on and no plug adapter to be seen! It was missing from the box!
Yes, perhaps I should have checked this before letting the kids get excited and decorate the tree BUT you would expect for that price, all parts would be there!
Customer services very helpful offered to send one out in 3 days. The next day received a email saying they can no longer do this but will partially refund me £10.
Great, I’ve saved £10 but I am now stuck with a pre-lit tree that I can’t light up!
