Overall good product
Bought this several months ago. Really good for making crepes/pancakes etc although tried to make an omelette on it and have ended up with scrambled eggs (!) so will stick with crepes

Looks good
I was hoping it would simplify pancake making. Even before the pancake mix being not perfect and sticking I was wondering how I would be able to turn the mix on the plate without tipping it in the air. I will have to experiment with this to see if children could make pancakes as intended.

It's OK.
The crepe maker is fine but really not hot enough for pancakes as they get very leathery because they take a longer to cook than in a pan. However its great for cooking bacon on so turned out to be an extravagant bacon fryer.

Not quite hot enough
I have used a traditional girdle to make pancakes for many years but I have Essential Tremor so this is now too messy and unsafe. The crêpière is easy to use, but unfortunately it does not reach the high temperature I am used to. The pancakes are a bit insipid as a result.

CRACKED AT BASE
I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and used today on pancake day. The base has cracked and they won’t Honor the warranty. Very angry and the lady I spoke to was sucking on a sweet saying “computer says no”. Thanks chloe.

Broken Crepe Maker
Bought for x mass present on opening was found to be broken wooden tee piece missing.
initial contact encouraging sent photo nothing sent e-mail nothing. No response to phone calls or e-mails ? Do not have great expectations having now read some of the reviews. Reputation blight for £30 00 ?
