Great value and looks good
Looks good, well constructed, and was easy to adjust to the pole diameter using the insert. Delivered promptly.
Be aware it's only 15kg which is great for under tables, but a freestanding parasol of any size will want a heavier base on a breezy day.
Overall great value.

Faulty feet but otherwise good
I realised after a couple of days that one of the feet is loose and keeps coming out whenever I move it, but I don’t want to have to return it. It looks like and does the job.

Ideal item but service fell short of expecttations
The Granite parasol is just the job but, when it was ordered, there was no acknowledgement of it and e-mail chasers were ignored on top of which, no delivery date was ever advised. The item turned up unexpectedly with six days of ordering. A memorable ordering experience for ALL the wrong reasons.

Took 5 goes to get the three bases
It took 5 goes to get the delivery as Yodel was trying to deliver to the wrong address. Not Charles Bentleys fault, but maybe they need to think about changing the delivery service. Two of my umbrella bases were fine, but the third was faulty. It took forever to get the fault reported and two weeks later, I'm still waiting for my replacement!!!!!

I purchased this two weeks ago and the tools were missing to assemble! Robert Dyas were slow to respond and claim they are awaiting a reply from their supplier! Not satisfied!

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
