Does the job
Bought this swing seat a month ago, arrived pretty quickly 5 days , husband put it together . No problems, I would say though that it needs a long seat cushion for a bit of comfort

Great swing for the price
Instructions were good even though I put the wrong screws in on the first bit and should have waited till next piece was joined. Gave 4 stars due to packaging, each piece was only wrapped in thin plastic and as a result there were quite a lot of scratches and a few small dents. The box is very heavy as well at 38kg and everything is in the one box, there was no
tracking so had no idea when it was turning up, just arrived home one day and found it in the garden.

Lovely gift
Bought for mum's birthday, easy to put together, looks modern and sleek, very comfortable to sit on. Quick delivery. Canopy can be a bit tricky to screw in, took a while to get it to catch in the right position.

Great value for money
Very good product and value for money. Easy to erect and comfortable to sit/swing in.
Would give it five star rating but for one or two marks on the frame and one of the assembly bolts was missing. Otherwise very pleased with it.

A replacement swing
After 13 years the old swing finally gave out, (Bought from Robert Dyas) ordered this one as it is almost the same.
My only criticism is the way the top section fits into the vertical tubes this will allow the rain water to enter and run down and settle in the lower part of the frame and as it is mild steel it will lead to corrosion internally. Solved with electrical tap around all the joints

Good but not stable
Overall it’s a good product but the part joining both legs is only on one side and not strong enough, so both legs are quite wobbly.

Scratched and Rusty
I was really looking forward to this swing however when i opened the package to assemble it, most of the parts had scratches which didn't bother me as much as in this pandemic period, didn't want the hassle to return. However the item was also rusty in most places, inside the parts as well as on the joint parts.
Really disappointed as you expect to get a good item with what you've paid for, have been in contact with Robert dyas but very slow to response, almost 3 weeks and still waiting for the item to be collected and refunded.

Faulty part, wonky swing and unresponsive supplier
I actually like the swing seat but due to the faulty top bar it hangs crooked and swings wonkily. Robert Dyas customer service said they are liaising with the supplier weeks ago but still no word since!
