Overview
The hanging umbrella is an alternative to the traditional garden umbrella. It is free standing, requiring a weight on the bottom to hold securely, and it can therefore be used anywhere in the garden. Very useful shade this hot summer !
The instructions were unclear and too brief. Difficult to understand and then remedy after assembly.
We bought 2 part stand but it has 4 spaces for them. Box says 2 in each box but not so.

What anchors?
Very happy with the assembly of the umbrella, however not very happy with the fact that once assembled, it toppled over the moment I tried to open it. There was no mention of the fact that blocks are required to steady the stand. After buying the blocks for £24 the umbrella is now fine.

Looks beautiful but.....
Thé parasol looks beautiful but the general design appears as though it will not be a long lasting product. Plastic ‘housings’ that already look vulnerable. I read reviews before buying and can now confirm the parasol needs to be tied in position as it wanders wherever it wants to go even on a calm day. ☹️.

Badly designed base and weights
The badly designed base and weights do not support the parasol sufficiently. My parasol is now not useable after a few weeks.
The parasol stand does not have enough area for the weights to pin it down. As a result of this I now have a bent parasol. A heap of junk.
More info needed in the the instruction about the weight to area ratio and how to stop the parasol from spinning.
