Beautifully rustic, great value
I'm using this as a runner/mud catcher just inside our bifold doors - I feel a bit bad about this as it's certainly pretty enough for a hall rug. It looks great with our rustic dining room

Good sturdy rug, perfect for utility areas.
This is a lovely rug, great in our utility area by the back door taking all the dirty shoes and boots. It looks great too and hopefully will last. Only gave four stars as it would have been good if it had a backing to it as all the dust and dirt falls through and it also slides around a bit on the tiled floor.

Looks lovely

Nice looking rug but too many cons
Nice looking rug but regretably it lacked quality. The edges are turned under giving it a raised ends! Unless you're not walking over it in that direction you're sure to trip up everytime! Not very good esp for children or the grandparents! I bought it for the kitchen but because of this I wasn't able to. I couldn't roll it back up so I kept it! It's quite heavy. It also sheds a lot of dirt from underneath, as if it's come straight from the outdoors! I've had it over a month and it's already showing lose threads here there... except the edges. I wouldn't recommend it unless you live in a stone cottage and you're using it to greet muddy boots and muddy dog paws! It's a nice looking rug but without the quality. The only pro is that it's agreeable to the touch unlike many jute rugs!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
