Care Instructions
- This gazebo must not be left assembled in windy conditions. Please do not use the gazebo under windy conditions this could be dangerous and damage the structure; if the wind strengthens lower or dismantle the structure.
- The structure is ideal for shelter from the sun, the fabric is showerproof but it not waterproof. Ensure that any rainwater that collects it removed from the canopy, the weight could damage the structure.
- Always ensure the gazebo is suitably fixed or weight down when in use.
- This gazebo is not a permanent structure and should be disassembled and sorted away after use.
- Do not repack your gazebo fabric until it is completely dry.

Easy to open and close roof.
We bought this a month ago and have used it to enable us to have friends round and stay outside even if there's a chance of rain. It's sturdy and attractive. The only criticisms are that the beam with pulleys had one of them fitted in the wrong place (left instead of right hand side) and the fabric strip which keeps rain off the retracted roof was very difficult to fit.

Not exactly like the pictures
We bought this last week and it got delivered yesterday. Put it up and I love it! It's pretty sturdy and really modern looking. The pictures advertised aren't exactly the same as the struts sit inside the frame and not on top which gives it a more modern look. See my pik below. I actually prefer this though. Box turned up absolutely battered but the product inside was wrapped up well.

Great value for money
I bought this to go over our new corner sofa with the option of having shade if needed. It was a bit awkward to put together and the instructions were a little challenging at times and also a bit time consuming too, but overall it looks good and does the job perfect

Well not happy A’s looking forward to my new Gazebo thought I better check the box as won’t be using it yet & one pole has 2 dents in . Now to return I HAVE to stay in 8-6 pm alway !!!

Not worth the money!!!
I bought this over 2 months ago now, instructions was not clear!! , parts didn’t fix together properly, NOT the same as displayed completely different product, been trying to solve this with the company for the whole time and just keeping getting told to wait 72 hours!! No help in replacement or refund will be taking them to trading standards if this carries on much longer !!! AVOID

Not fit for purpose
Pergola delivered with parts missing. Suppliers were unable to despatch missing parts as they were out of stock and were also unable to replace item as that was also out of stock. Pergola was therefore of no use. Full refund has been offered but so far not received. Also require item to be collected and still awaiting advice

Poor quality - not as picture
Was expecting better quality from Robert Dyas and Charles Bentley
Poor welding and fixings
And then when it came to trying to get the rods into the canvas pockets, no chance as the rods are too long for the end pockets and impossible to stretch it enough to fit them in and the ones that did fit in, you can tell it’s too much tension on the fabric
It needs to go back but I can’t take it down as the screw heads are knackered!
