Replacement Request
I ordered 2 Wall Clocks, one to be delivered to my home address and the other to a family member for Christmas. Unfortunately the clock delivered to my home address was damaged and the bag containing the clock was very dusty inside, but thankfully the Christmas present was in order.
Having been in contact with your customer relations it was explained to me that you would have to inform the manufacturers who would then decide the outcome. I was requested to send photographs of the condition of the clock and forward to yourselves.
I was kept informed of the progress of my complaint until a replacement clock arrived New Years Eve.
Overall, I was very satisfied with your response to my complaint and would certainly recommend your products.

looks very smart
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because it was slightly damaged on arrival as it hadn't been packaged very well considering how delicate the decorative part with the birds is. However once it was mounted on the wall it was barely noticeable and is a lovely clock for the garden.

it is what it is cheap
arrived with the hygrometer part already fallen out which okay i was able to reinsert, but the clock face was 1 minute out of line to the left and no matter how i tried i copuldnt rectify and have ended up breaking the glass

I am writing this because I was the purchaser of the gift for Mr E Walters, but you keep writing to my email address asking for a review. I cannot rate the products because I haven`t seen them and I do not wish to ask Mr Walters in case he is not satisfied with the gift. He does not use email.. Please remove me from this automated email request list - it is becoming tedious and intrusive. I only tapped on one star just to get through to your site.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
