Reliable cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so pleased with the cleaning power of this all purpose. I especially like it on my floors leaving a clean feel smell and look. It lifts dirt easily requires diluting for most uses so you really get a lot of product for your money. I used it neat for some harder to clean spots and happy with the effectiveness. So glad to have a cleaner that is a bit more environmentally conscious too!

Lovely cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ecover All Purpose Cleaner - Lemongrass & Ginger for a few days now and I'm really impressed with it. It's a plant-based, biodegradable cleaner that works great on all hard surfaces, from my kitchen counters to my bathroom tiles. It cuts through grease and grime easily, but it doesn't leave behind any harsh chemicals or residue. I also love the fresh lemongrass and ginger scent. It's not overpowering, but it's just enough to make my home smell clean and inviting.
I would definitely recommend this cleaner to anyone looking for an effective and eco-friendly way to clean their home. It's a bit more expensive than some other all-purpose cleaners, but I think it's worth the price.

Great cleaning product

Great allrounder cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you see eco on any products you think yeah what ever, but the product is not bad for the environment, smells nice and does what it’s supposed to do, leaving everything smelling and looking fresh, I would say I will but this again no colourings or anything just plain and simple cleaning and smelling product, this is not trying to be something it isn’t it works and plain and simple.

One dose is enough for large mop bucket to mop the floor or for large bowl with clothes to clean the entire house. I love the natural smell of lemon grass and ginger, I can still smell it after few hours after my floor was mopped. I would recommend this for bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, we used it to clean our spa too and it was great! No smears!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This versatile cleaner is my go-to for all my cleaning needs. I dilute it with water in a trigger bottle, using a ratio of 1 part cleaner to 9 parts water. It's perfect for scrubbing my kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, radiators, and anything that needs a thorough wash. It works wonders on everyday cooking splashes on my hobs as well.
As someone who is sensitive to strong perfume smells in cleaning products, I appreciate that this cleaner doesn't bother me in that regard.

Brilliant!

Only a small amount of product is needed. Plant based and biogradable ingredients are used. I also loved the scent which kept me going through the tedium of housework.

Smells amazing

Love the fact that it’s one product that covers lots of cleaning jobs and is concentrated so you can adapt to what you need it to do. Works really well and cuts through grease which can be a concern when you see it’s an eco product you do wonder sometimes if it’s up to the tougher jobs but i’m pleased to say it definitely is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a family with numerous members with sensitive skin and allergies to certain ingredients finding good quality, reasonably priced, and with as natural as possible ingredients included can be, and is, tricky. This All Purpose Hard Surfaces Cleaner from Ecover ticks a lot of boxes for us. With biodegradable plant-based ingredients and no strong scent this cleaner works really well to shift tough greasy stains, rinses well and leaves no residue behind. Win-win!

Great cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleans hard surfaces well, whether diluted for cleaning hard floors or bathroom tiles or used neat on stubborn spills on worktops. The lemongrass and ginger scent appealed to me as it's one of my favourite fragrance combinations and it's a bit different from what you usually get in cleaning products. I don't get any ginger scent from this but it does have a really nice, fresh citrus fragrance when using it. I don't find it lingers as long as I'd like after using, though.
I like that Ecover products offer a more environmentally friendly cleaning solution and use plant based, biodegradable ingredients. The bottle is a generous size and lasts a good while.

Does a good job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Ecover products and this one was no different! The smell is lovely and cleans well leaving no smears behind. Have used on different surfaces in different rooms and confirm it’s an effective cleaner! Only downside is it looks very similar to other Ecover products so store separately!

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
