It’s cream ! Not white
Lovely looking little fire . It says on website that it’s white but it’s actually cream ! Which is why I purchased to go in my bedroom. I’ve purchased 3 of these , two black . They give off the right amount of heat and we’re perfect when our boiler went !

Really realistic fire/flames
I bought this a month ago and am really pleased with it. It was good value for money and filled a redundant fireplace. It looks good and if I need extra heat there is a fan heater underneath which works well.

Unsuitable
Very attractive fire but unfortunately very noisy - even when just using flame effect , making it totally unsuitable for main living area. Robert Dyas customer service were brilliant and was able to return for full refund with no problem.
