Looks good
I bought this as a gift. I saw it being opened and it looks well made and sturdy. I cannot comment on the heating element as it has not been used yet. But the person I bought it for is delighted with it. All in all it was a fantastic buy for the price I paid.

Great buy!
I bought this after having used one years ago at a friends, it's such a good buy! During lockdown we were able to make use of the raclette and had raclette 'parties' as we dont have a garden and are unable to have a bbq. Definitely would recommend this raclette, its good value for money and makes a fun change for dinner time!

I cancelled the order way before it was dispatched, and still the response was so slow that it was dispatched before my message was processed, which forced me to go into the shop to return the item. The return/cancellation process should be as immediate as a sale.

Only used it once and already damaged
I only used this item once. It does the job however i'm not sure about the quality. One of the pan seems to have been damaged by the heat (it shouldn't really...) and is peeling off and showing the metal.
