When they arrive they are lying down flat in the boxes which can cause the plastic foliage to be compressed and out of shape. The perfect shape can be regained by gently pulling or fluffing the foliage back into shape and folding leaves back to a natural shape. Incredibly realistic looking top quality artificial bay tree suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. 5ft/152cm in height with large 60cm diameter crown/ball. Ideally planted in large pot, planter or tub. Looks fantastic when placed either side of front doors, doorways or entrances. Also often used in front of offices, restaurants and bars. Best artificial quality trees with highly detailed leaves and small black barrier for a more realistic, authentic look. You almost need to feel and touch the leaves before realising its not a real tree. To avoid leaves discolouring with time protect from strong direct UV exposure when positioned outside. Normally planted in a large pot or planter by firming sand, gravel, stones or soil firmly around the plastic pot and bottom of stem. Can also be planted directly into the ground or flower bed. Supplied in a plastic plant pot with a concrete filling, stabilizing the base of the tree.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
