Best Toaster ever purchased, at last.
A toaster with the looks and performance for a fair price. Really like the click type rotary toasting control knobs which allow a good adjustment range in toasting. The slots are of a god size for all manner of toasted loaves, crumpets etc. It looks stylish and feels well built with very smooth push down levers and easy peep function to see toast before cycle completes.
A beautifully finished product which delivers what one expects from a toaster. Well done Haden

I needed a new 4 slot toaster as my Morphy Richards one didn't last 2 years, so decided to change makes. Sad it was made in China though.
It is to be fair a stylish looking toaster with 4 wide slots.
As it is less than 1 month old time will tell how good it is.

Very Good Toaster
Toasts quite quickly and very evenly. It has a solid construction which feels good. I love that you can check the amount of toasting during the toasting process without having to restart the timer again. Very good toaster.

Excellent Toaster
I have been using this for about two weeks now and it is the best toastet I have owned.
The fact that the 4 slots are separate and parallel and that each set of two can be separately controlled means that my wife and I (who have different preferences as to how "toasted" the bread should be) can both make our toast at the same time without the need to press the control down again once one lot of toast is done. The wide slots are also very useful.

It toasts evenly, takes tall or thin slices, lets you lift to check the toast while cooking, cooks from frozen, and feels solidly made. All round a pretty good toaster from the original designers.

The whole slice of bread actually fits in!
The toaster looks good and toasts quickly. It is great that the slices fit as I've had toasters that make this claim falsely. It's also the first 4 slice toaster I've had with controls for each side to work independently, very useful. delivery was very quick too.

A proper toaster for proper sized toastie bread. Cannot believe there are so few models on the market that can undertake this simple task. Looks smart. Quite fierce- so use lower power settings unless you like blackened toast.

Pretty Average Toaster
Bought this after reading various Best Toaster reviews. They all seemed to indicate that this was a Toaster that was a cut above the rest (pardon the pun). However although it does what it says on the box, the toast result is nothing different from any other Toaster that I have had previously (and my last one only cost £11.99). Also when using only slots 1 & 2 for toast the second slot always browns the toast to half the consistency of the other side. I have checked the elements and they are all heating up as advertised, so all in all just an average Toaster.

Faulty after a few months
Unfortunately this toaster looked good and was working well until it didn't.....after only 4 months. Robert Dyas were excellent sorting the refund though.
