It is very good. Handle makes it easily portable.
Would have preferred a smaller version, as it takes up more room than previous version. Needed new one in haste.

Great Halogen Heater
Great value. Only used for about an hour, at a time, to take chill off the room.
Only use one 'bar'. That is enough. The handle to carry or move heater is very useful. Safely switches off when being moved.

original too damaged to use - replacement fine
Due to mix up with post code at distribution centre, delivery was a few weeks late and when it arrived it was unusable due to damage. Took it to local RD shop and they could not believe the state of the delivery box and item. Kindly replaced with similar product and balance of payment. My recommendation is on the replacement product

Great little heater
I live in a small-medium studio flat and this little heater raises the temperature on chilly days nicely, when I don't want to turn on the central heating. I use two bars instead of the full three and that seems about right for a chilly November day. It's very bright, so I have to turn it away from any screens I'm using, but it has a nice glow like a fireplace (or very big candle!). Great value product that works well.

The Best Winter Friend
What I really like about this product is its warm orange coloured glow, its three heat settings, and reflected heat (as if it's a real fire). And all this contained in a very smart looking appliance with easy positive controls. Indeed, an excellent winter friend!

A bit of a disappointment
Bought 2 months ago and used for limited periods during the day, for ex: first thing in the morning before the central heating comes on, most of the time with just one bar on. Only used the 3 bars on very cold days. For the past 2 days I noticed that the middle bar has now failed and I am disappointed that it had such a short lifespan.
