Good quality
Looked at many headphone reviews before buying and only wanted mid range so these fit the price perfectly and are really good quality with good quality sound also talk through mode works well as I would expect. If your looking around this price point don't hesitate they are a good buy.

As usual another excellent product, sound quality is brilliant. Took a bit of setting up controls and getting used to them, but now no problems and more than happy with product. Always buy jbl when wanting quality sound.

The light is a bit annoying, looks like it is always on. Plus is always falling from my ear, but maybe me. The hearing is amazing.

Touch sensors
Touch sensors are rough to use for example when i try to call out Alexa by taping and holding on my left ear bud it sometimes doesn't work or takes lots of tries to get it working

Great sound, difficulty staying in pierced ear
Arrived 3 days ago, love the look/sound/features. But be wary of purchasing if you have in-ear piercings. I have my daith pierced and because of this, the bit that secures the earphone in place doesn't fit properly. Now I have to decide whether I want to take out my piercing or run the risk of the earphone constantly falling out. Other than that, all good!
This is my third or fourth product from JBL and I have loved them all and will continue to support the brand.

These buds seem well-manufactured but they have a few flaws. The sound-quality is a bit tinny; which is fine for me as I only listen to voice, but is poor if listening to music. The usb charging port on the case flashes brightly when it needs any level of charging and this can be a pain if you are in bed in a dark room. The buds don't stay located very well in my ears but I think that is an issue with my ear shape rather than a defect in the buds. So, overall, nicely made but not so good performance.

I bought this 3days ago,great sound and features the bass is very impressive,one thing is the problem with this bud is quite big for me the base big and it hurts my ears and not comfortable to use.

Can't get them to stay in my ears
The only downside I found is that these don't stay in my ears. I have to give credits to JBL for including a whole range of different fit options, but for me none of them work. I would recommend trying the fit before purchasing if possible.

Having trouble staying connected!
A big fan of JBL products and these earbuds started off great, but recently it keeps disconnecting while in use - not sure if they are faulty? This is happening even when fully charged and is quite frustrating.
Also - is not pairing with my MacBook despite showing up as a device!

It is impossible to use the volume feature. It just skips to the next track or stops. Shame as I don't know how loud they go.
