The Lowry Freestanding Patio Heater makes outdoor evenings with friends and family comfortable even when temperatures drop. Enjoy drinks and nibbles in the garden at any time of the year, whilst staying cosy in style.Offering up to 3kW of heat, there are two separate heating elements located on the central pole and the heater head to offer directed warmth exactly where you need it. There are also 3 power levels to choose from, depending on the level of warmth you require. Simply use the touch controls on the heater head to set the desired heat output – choose from low, medium or high, plus an extra heating element on the central pole. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
