These solar spotlights are made from durable plastic and can be used to provide ambient light sufficient to illuminate paths, borders and driveways, angle the head of the lightto highlight your favourite tree, shrub or area of your garden. The lights have an integral solar panel. These attractive IP44 rated energy saving LED solarspotlights use the integral solar panel to recharge the AA battery throughout daylight hours using free energy from the sun, once charged it will provide up to 6 hours of light. When dusk falls, the light will automatically turn on and turns off again at dawn. Getting power to an outside area can be costly and often difficult, this outdoor solar light has been specifically designed to avoid these problems, not only that but the light is also extremely easy to install just use the supplied spike and push into the ground! This light is part of Luxforms All Year Round range, meaning it is equipped with a self-thinking system, stored energy is distributed evenly over the number of burning hours. The light detects and calculates the battery capacity and always distributes this energy capacity evenly over 6 hours. This means that when the battery has less charge the light willshine less brightly. In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
