UPVC doors and windows
UPVC is a low-maintenance material that doesn't need yearly treatments like wooden framed windows. You can pick choose from three attractive colours, anthracite, oak, and white to customize your log cabin without needing paint. UPVC provides security with a light but strong frame, strong locks, and double-glazed glass that keeps unauthorized entry at bay.
When choosing a log cabin, energy efficiency is important. Our UPVC log cabins have 44mm interlocking log boards, the thickest size, making them perfect for year-round use. The UPVC framing and double-glazed windows also reduce outside noise, creating a peaceful and productive space.

The roof and floor of the Home Office Elite are constructed using hard-wearing 16mm tongue and groove boards that interlock to create robust and strong panels, ideal for all your belongings. In addition, high quality roofing felt is supplied to protect your log cabin from the elements and provide longevity. An additional vent promotes airflow within the cabin, reducing the risk of moisture inside the building and enhancing overall ventilation.
Anti-rot Guarantee
Our log cabins come with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee as standard, meaning you can relax knowing your building is covered by us. In order to ensure the validity of the guarantee, you will need to treat your log cabin every year with wood treatment to prevent fungal attacks and promote its long life.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
