Not that difficult to assemble, very comfortable
I bought this because as an older ( not too old ) lady I found the cheaper ones uncomfortable and difficult to get on and off and stay on for any reasonable amount of time as I suffer from arthritis
This was not hard to assemble and instruction quite simple to follow
It was packaged well but then again not impossible to open
It is really comfortable and I find the hand rails a big bonus for getting on and off
It has some nice positions on the back rest and even goes completely flat to allow you to lay in your front or back
The price was really good for the quality and it was delivered promptly! Over all I am delighted with this product and highly recommend

Fantastic
So pleased with this Lounger which is now on my patio. Extremely comfortable and very sturdy. I feel very safe lying on it; it will definitely not collapse. I just take the long cushion in at night and leave the frame where it is. Well done Robert Dyas. Half price in the sale too.

Solid and comfy
Family here at Easter...hoping for good weather......Sun bed at the ready....it took my husband and I 1.1\2 hours to put it together.....but a time well spent.

Fabulous lounger
I bought two of the Monaco sun loungers a couple of weeks ago and I’m so glad I did! Delivery was swift from Robert Dyas and my husband said they were really easy to assemble. They are extremely comfortable and look great in our garden- I would highly recommend!

We ordered 2 of these, and delivery was on time. The loungers come in bits and have to be assembled, but the instructions were easy and Allen key and all fittings were included. Very comfy and stable, yet light to move around.

Bought 2 of these as never managed to buy any last year in lockdown due to cancelled orders from other shops. Saw these and although expensive decided to go for it. Easy to put together with 2 people. Unfortunately weather over last few weeks has prevented use but looking forward to some sunshine to try them out!

After much research I was really pleased with this sun lounger. I’m no DIY expert but it was relatively simple to put frame of lounger together. Padded cushion deep and very comfy and lounger compliments my existing garden furniture. Very sturdy with a great choice of reclining positions. Super value for money. Now I just need the sun to shine!

Comfy but requires self assembly
Really good, but only when finally self assembled. I didn’t know it was self assembly. There were no instructions and the pieces were not great quality. However finally, once 2 of us, using our own tool box, assembled the item, it looked great. Pretty and also v comfortable.

Both the chair and cushion are well made and I am happy with my purchase. The cushion is good quality - thick and comfortable. The chair is sturdy, a good length and height and the back moves as stated in a range between upright and completely flat. However, a star must be knocked off for assembly as it was (as others have mentioned) a little tricky to put together (especially on your own), and, in my case, I also had to physically bend one of the arms a couple of centimetres to make the screws fit. Delivery took the full time stated.

Smart loungers.
I bought these in the sale at a good price. Wouldn’t pay full price. They are light enough to move around, feel comfy if lying down or lounging (not so good to just sit, or perch on), they look smart, and so far seem sturdy enough to withstand being blown about. The ordering and delivery was easy and efficient.

Bought two of the sun loungers when on offer. Bit of a fiddle to get together when you are of a certain age! They are much lower than expected - I struggle to get up, so will have to get extra cushions to lift the seat height up a bit. Overall quite comfortable. Sale price was good.

Disappointed
We brought these a couple of months ago and have found that the straps underneath to support have bowed so you feel like you are sinking between then. I only weigh 10 Stone so wouldn’t expect this to happen.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
