Excellent soup maker
I bought this a month ago and have made several soups. It is quick - soup within 30 minutes - and no mess. Easy to use and sits nicely in a cupboard for storage.

Makes great soup in a very short time
I bought this about a month ago. I have used it 3 times now and although I'm happy with it. I have found that it can sometimes be difficult to close the lid in the correct place so that the connections are made. It is also not easy to put the top on (which is also the blender) in once you have all your ingredients in. Also, although it says it makes 1750ml in reality due to the problems getting the top on it is only 1500ml unless you have already liquidized the food which then makes the soup maker obsolete. I have used another type of soup maker that allows you to add ingredients whilst the soup maker is in operation, this soup maker does not allow this. On the whole I am happy with this soup maker for the price I paid (less than £50) but it not as convenient to use as I was expecting hence only 4 stars.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
