Overview

Experience the Oral-B ORAPRO2000 Pro 2 2000 CrossAction Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush, from the #1 brand recommended by dentist worldwide.

The sleek handle of the Pro 2 2000 electric toothbrush helps you brush like your dentist recommends: as the in-built timer helps you brush for 2 minutes, and notifies you every 30 seconds to change the area you are brushing.

While you move the brush around your mouth, Oral-B's unique round head does all the rest. It removes up to 100% more plaque than a standard manual toothbrush, helping you to achieve healthier gums and a whiter smile, as of the first day of brushing by removing surface stains.

Not only this, but the toothbrush helps you protect your delicate gums with a proprietary pressure control technology, that reduces brushing speed and alerts you to be gentler if you brush too hard.

The Pressure Sensor Oral-B Pro 2, 2000 toothbrush, is the must-have brush for everyone who wants to switch to an electric toothbrush and improve their oral health.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product at a reasonable price My dentist adviced me to buy an electric toothbrush during my recent visit. After 2 weeks of research I chose this product and am very happy so far. It is easy to use, easy to charge and compatible with different brush heads to support multiple people in family or different needs (like sensitive, whitening etc). I would recommend this to others.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice item, but ... ONE brush Just bought the toothbrush and it feels quite substantial and very well made. It feels well balanced in the hand and yet light to hold (some battery toothbrushes have been bulky and a little too heavy in use.
The charging stand is very neat and compact and it is easy to place the brush securely on the base to charge.
However, the down side is a case of spoiling the product for a ha'p'orth of tar, one brush, I couldn't believe it when I unpacked it. Just one brush. Shame one you Oral!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Timers Are Stupid I've used a 2000 brush for a few years. The only thing I didn't like is the timer. It just kept (what the Oral-B call it) stuttering. But the brush has now started to rattle a little bit. Will be with use which is wearing the brush out a bit. So now I bought the Oral-B Pro 2 2500 Black Edition. This toothbrush does the same. But when I am only about three quarters done, the toothbrush turns off for no reason. Also, I can't find the exact brush to register. All I was given to register was the 2000 series. But it seems to have registered a white 2000 brush, not a black 2500. I looked to try and change this, but the brush is nowhere on the site.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from incorrectly marketed Oral b have failed to correctly describe this product. I have now bought multiple brushes of this model, all of which have a daily clean mode and sensitive mode. There is no gum care mode on the pro 2 2000. only the 4 mode brushes have gum care. This is verified by the user manual. Oral b also fail to mention the speed ot this brush on the packaging. it is 9900 oscillations per minute, and 45000 pulsations per minute. Since Oral b have over complicated their modelling convention, it makes it overwhelming when choosing a model. many different model numbers are actually the same brush with a different head (heads are interchangeable so no difference). If a company causes so much confusion, I would not recommend their products,.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very short life It worked fine for about two years then just stopped working. When I complained I was told it was only guaranteed for two years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pro 2000 and Pro 3000 My husband and I have recently upgraded to the Pro 2000 and 3000. Both took 22 hours for first charge which we found acceptable. But future charges have all taken a minimum of 22 hours and needsvrepeatingbevery 6 days this is not acceptable as during the re-charge we have to use an alternative brush.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 6 months Review [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush suddenly stopped charging and it makes it so hard to troubleshoot whether it is the devices or charger's fault. They do not seem to seel any similar chargers on separately. Wireless charging is not supported i assume as it is so hard to find the toothbrush and chargers specifications using google.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with the Pro 2 2000W Expected something wonderful for the price of this toothbrush, it didn't deliver, performance exactly the same as basic Oral-B, I could have saved a lot of money. Two speed? softer for sensitivity? irrelevant really this is not a powerful brush, don't understand the purpose? if brushing too hard and a light is displayed it is impossible to see when brushing. On/off switch so small takes two or three attempts to activate/deactivate. The strange toothbrush head fitted? pink hollow to the centre? this does not brush anything? what is this for? - in all, as said, could have saved a lot of money and just purchased the basic, I feel quite cheated!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I am disappointed with the Pro 2 2000N The Pro 2 2000N is supposed to be gentle on gums but I feel that even the gum care setting is too harsh on part of my gums. Parts of my gums appear to have been scratched by the electric toothbrush although the pressure control sensor did not light up. Also, the package promised a superior cleaning but I feel that my teeth are cleaner when I brush with my manual brush. These are the reasons why I would not recommend the Pro 2 2000N to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality power charger Got it as a Christmas present. The brush was sold with power charger having EU style plug. The plug pins have too small spacing for inserting into matching adapter for UK plugs. You need to use high force to push it in, and even worse it is to remove it back. It is a junk quality item not deserving to be labelled 'Made in Germany', being a big contrast to the brush itself. I have decided to return this product because I am not going to 'fight' with power charger every time I will need to use it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very good toothbrush The only problem with this unit is the charger. I use my brush in a bathroom so having mounted on the wall is ideal. Fortunately I have a wall mounted charger from many tooth brushes ago. This is now about 10 years old and showing it's age. I need a new WALL MOUNTED charger that has a position to store toothbrush heads. Can't be too difficult, you did it once.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Battery Life My first Oral B worked for years so I replaced it with this. The first one stopped working - replaced free of charge without any explanation - and the replacement is now almost useless as it requires charging every day. Reading what some of the other people have to say I guess this is a common problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor Bought this 3 weeks ago. Recharged itself once and now won’t charge at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Two pin plug only When I opened the packaging, I found that the plug is a two pin continental one. The "helpline" explained that only shaving sockets are allowed in UK bathrooms. But there is no notice given on the packaging that a shaver socket would be needed to charge the toothbrush.
My beard trimmer and wet/dry razor both came with three pin plugs on their chargers and they are charged when it's needed in a bedroom, but only ever used in the bathroom. Why cannot there be this possibility for this product (without buying a special adapter which the helpline would not supply)?
Clear details on the packaging would have avoided disappointment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor battery lets it down The actual device is great and does a great job at cleaning. The 4 stage timer is a great addition. As with other oral-b devices, the pressure sensor works really well. All in all a great product, but unfortunately, the battery life lets it down. After a long initial charge, it worked really we'll, but the next day, no power. After a few days of the same, I decided to return the product. Obviously, this device has not been tested enough to be released and must be costing oral-b a fortune in handling all those returns as well as some really frustrated customers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful quality I bought this in November 2017 on recommendation of dental hygienist. It worked for about 6 weeks, then stopped charging. Took it back to Boots, but they wouldn't do anything about it without the receipt, even though they could see from my advantage card that I had had a large spend that month. They even asked if I had the box - seriously! who keeps the box for an electric toothbrush? Then they suggested that I go back to the branch I bought it from and ask them to go through all their receipts for that day! I don't think Boots would be impressed at having to do that when it would be full of Christmas shopping receipts. Now I'm stuck with a broken toothbrush and nothing can be done. Big big thumbs down for Oral B quality and even bigger thumbs down for Boots customer service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery life useless 22 Hours to recharge the battery after just 3 days use, never again. Forgot I had had the same problem with Oral B electric toothbrushes some 20 years ago and was sent to a local service shop where the changed the recharging unit, it didn't work that much better. Forgot that I'd vowed then never to touch a Battery operated Oral _B.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not charging This is great until you need to charge it. For some reason won't charge and light doesn't flash. Thought it was charger but charges my old one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unable to Claim extra years warranty The link provided to claim the 3rd years warranty is for US use only. As the extra years warranty is for the UK as well, it appears there is no way to claim it! There is not even a way of contacting OralB by email. GREAT!!!!!It is not a good start.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor battery life I have had several of these, or near equivalents, over the years, and the battery life on this is awful. You can hear it run down as you use it even when it has, supposedly a full charge and is only weeks old. This never used to happen with my old brushes - with these, performance was OK for a year or so and then deteriorated. You have to charge between uses otherwise you will be very disappointed. Buy something else. I want my money back!
