Click and don't collect
I ordered a bulb by click and collect from the Brentwood store. It wasn't there when I went to collect it. Staff seemed in disarray, they searched upstairs, downstairs and in between, only for me to be told it was on its way. I was kept waiting for about 15 mins whilst they searched. At the eleventh hour they found one on the shelf which was more by luck than judgement. Overpriced,sufficient staff but none of them know what they are doing it appears.
