Does the job at great value
Stand easy to assemble and held the tree securely. Not the most aesthetically pleasing so popped a wicker tree skirt over the top.

Good enough to do the job!
I needed a Christmas tree stand in a hurry, after I discovered that one we bought last year (but didn't get round to using) wasn't up to the job - basically it fell over! So I purchased this in a hurry and it was OK. I prefer the one-piece metal type, whereas this one has a plastic bucket. It also has found adjustable screws with plastic caps on which kept slipping as I tightened them up. It was therefore tricky to get the tree perfectly straight. Nevertheless, we got there in the end and it has held the tree securely throughout the festive season, so we are happy enough with it! The wide bucket also makes watering easy enough.

Works on trees under 5.5 ft
Bought this today after checking the website, it was the last one on the shelf so I gratefully grabbed it and rushed home to insert our newly bought tree into it. It didn’t work to start with and we guessed it might have been because the tree base wasn’t completely flat so we removed it and sawed it straight, it still didn’t work as the length of the trunk was too short so we added a heavy flat lid of a candle to the base of the bucket and then it worked. It’s a little flimsy and dare say it wouldn’t be any good for a tree over 5 .5 ft but all in all it was cheap and it’s worked, finally!

Good service but tricky to use
I found it very difficult to screw in this base to the tree so can’t really recommend it. I did it eventually but it took ages and wasn’t easy. But ordering and collecting were both easy and convenient.

Definitely not premium!
Looked ok on the picture, says max diameter of tree trunk 11cm but nothing about a minimum diameter. We didn't even buy a small tree its about 6ft! I had to adapt it and find my own screws and screw into the tree itself. The stupid design means the clips don't reach the trunk! They're simply not long enough so the tree was rocking and then falling over. Every other stand I've seen the screws reach a trunk even if it's just a branch thick... This one is terrible design! Don't buy it. I'd love a refund but we've used it and thrown the box away. Ah well waste of money.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
