Premier Plus Parnell Premier Plus Bed Rail
The Parnell Premier Plus Bed Rail supplies all the function and benefits of the standard version, but has been designed with a higher handle height of 36", making it suitable for use with higher beds or beds with thicker mattresses, and has also been strengthened to make it suitable for heavier users.Functional, strong, hygienic and safe, the Premier Bed Rail provides the user with confidence and independence. Stored flat when not in use, it can be quickly and easily assembled and fitted to the bed without the need for any tools. Originally designed for use with electric profiling beds, the bed rail is also ideal for use with all other types of domestic and hospital beds, including divan, pine and steel or wooden frame beds. The Premier Plus Bed Rail is also suitable for all widths of bed from single through to king size and can be used on either side of the bed giving the user the best possible and most suitable support options. The bed rail achieves its excellent stability by the use of a clamp that sits between the floor and the base of the bed and a floor plate and legs that effectively brace it in place.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
