Good sturdy boxes
These are great boxes and just what I needed - just a little gripe though; where I ordered 8, the packing people put three into two separate cardboard boxes and two in another. Both boxes that had three in were crammed in, meaning it took me a very long time to separate the stack as they had been forced and bent out of shape at the sides where the handles are. I understand that you don’t want to pay out for too many separate parcels for one order, so perhaps get some cardboard boxes that are a little taller, meaning you won’t have to squish them in so hard.

Very strong boxes
Robery Dyas had the best price for these boxes, especially with the 4 for 3 offer and they were delivered sooner than expected.
The boxes are for house moving and are not heavy when empty but very strong. They will be useful for future storage too. They come apart without too much effort if one person holds the boxes and another gently pulls. Very pleased, good old Robert Dyas, always reliable.

Must buy storage boxes
Bought these boxes for the purposes of moving home. I've sampled boxes from a number of outlets including Amazon, Blacks, Ikea and Homebase.
These 83L Really Useful Storage Boxes are the best on the market; super strong and stackable up to 5 boxes high with no issues whatsoever.
All boxes arrived in bubble wrap and in a large cardboard box. To my delight there were no cracks in any of the boxes or lids. Highly recommended

I have ordered 3 lots of these storage containers. Really useful storage containers are one of the best products on the market. Robert Dyas have these on at 4 for 3 and are competively priced. So makes it money for value. Come packaged well and out the 3 lots. None were broken. In the past i have had some broken but they were happy to send a replacement. Overall good value and convenient.

Perfect size
Bought recently after long search for right size box for storing a retro record deck & amplifier, it was difficult to find a box both wide enough & deep enough, it also needed to be strong as the items were heavy. This one was perfect and reasonably priced and good quality.

Really really useful
I bought these to re-organise my craft room. They are fabulous and I can fit so much yarn/fabric/craft supplies in each. It's helpful that they stack as I can have them all piled up in a wardrobe. This was the best price I found for this capacity online.

Ideal solution.
Bought these having bought many of the smaller 10.5 litre nesting boxes for my sons Lego and being impressed. These are an ideal trade off between price and quality when compared to the standard really useful storage boxes which are heavy duty, too much when only storing blankets etc.

Boxes came on scheduled date and all in good condition. I didn't give 5 stars only because it was not included in the main shipment for tracking, so I wasn't sure if it would be delivered together with the other ordered items or later.

Clear 83l storage boxes
I bought these about 5 weeks ago, they were well packed, but one of thr lids was badly damaged, I did send a reply email but it bounced back. The handles are too small to be able to pick then up by them when really heavy. I would buy ones without the attached handles in future, but they are strong, just awkwardnto move when full of heavier items.

Cheap but arrived broken
Good value - I did a fair bit of research and this was the best price around.
Ordered 4 x 62L & 4 x 83L. Half of them arrived damaged - poorly packaged, stacked together far too tightly with very little padding.
Returns were organised by email and collected from the doorstep - hassle free. However the replacement items didn’t turn up and I had to follow up to resolve. The smaller boxes were out of stock so I was given a refund - without any explanation - and for the incorrect amount. Again, had to follow up.
Very old school customer services with lots of rigid policies (we can’t do ‘y’ until we’ve done ‘x’ etc)
I was offered a “goodwill gesture” which did soften the situation a bit.
So in summary
- Great value
- Quality is as expected for the cost
- Flimsy / fragile
- Returns / replacement / refunds process was a real pain.
- I wouldn’t buy again

Not as sturdy as I expected.
Its like an average plastic storage box but not very strong, size wise its good but it feels very easily breakable. So I am using it with extra care and not filling it with heavy stuff.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
