Shed ok but Customer Service needs work
I bought a small shed. It was delivered on a Tuesday, I noticed some damage and showed it to delivery driver. Waited until the weekend to unwrap the shed as that kept it dry and I didn't have room for all the parts to be scattered around and I had time to put it up. Then I could finally see the damage. I took pictures and sent it to customer services as i wasn't that happy with the damage. All I was told was that it was beyond the 48 hour period for reporting issues. It didn't matter that I said to the delivery driver or that delivery was meant to be on Saturday but it just turned up on Tuesday, luckily, I was in. I had expected a lot more from a company like Robert Dyas. A little curtesy or understanding or even an apology but no, just a very inflexible attitude and a go away. I don't think it's unreasonable to wait until the weekend to unwrap the shed, keeping it dry and together until I had time to check it and put it up. They also need to sort their delivery out. On Monday I called to check delivery and was told it was to be delivered on Saturday. It was delivered the next day on the Tuesday. Other companies when delivering products this big have a way to arrange a convenient delivery time and then stick to what is arranged. So i bought some glue and with a bit of sticking and nailing managed to piece it back together and put the shed up which is not bad for the price.
In summary the product is ok but the customer service and delivery need a bit of work.

Really bad product
The second one I ordered. First one can all split and damaged. Sent it back and got full refund(albeit from a different stockist) ordered another on (hoping it would be different) but same issues, panels split and damaged. Only good thing got a full refund and customer service is excellent.

Ordered and never delivered!
I ordered specifically this shed not only because of lack of garden space but also because it was available at date of purchase. Since then - which was 4 weeks ago - nothing really happened except they took my money. I tried to track the order - since day one it is in warehouse and nothing really happens. I contacted RD via email couple of days ago and still no response. So far - rubbish customer care and huge disappointment.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
