The Salter 5kg Digital Kitchen Scale is ideal for every household when it comes to measuring ingredients with high precision. If you need to measure multiple ingredients at once, the Add & Weigh function makes this quick and easy.
The scale will reset to ‘zero’ enabling you to measure a variety of ingredients in one bowl in either kilograms or pounds.
Say goodbye to traditional measuring jugs, as with the Aquatronic function, you can measure liquids more precisely with your preferred unit of measurement (ml / fl.oz).

Simple and accurate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This digital scale is a breeze to use. With a simple two-button layout, you don’t even have to think; just power on, place a container in the surface, add ingredients. Then if you want to weigh another ingredient this in the same container, just press the power button and it’ll ‘zero’ out the reading.
Easy, again, to change the measurement units with grams, fluid ounces and even millimetres which is great for quick liquid-based measuring during a recipe, without having to grab a separate measuring jug (and washing it later).
Nice form-factor too; about the size of a regular android or Apple tablet and takes up minimal space in the cupboard.
It is light and a bit ‘plasticy’ feeling, but you get what you pay for. It does everything I need it to do, and for the price it’s worth it.

Impressive and precise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Salter 5kg Stainless Steel Digital Kitchen Scale are very impressive and precise. They are light, small, modern and look good in the kitchen.
The manual of how to use and take care of the scale has easy to read clear instructions.
The scale comes with 3 batteries, I put them into the back of the scale and was ready to go.
For my first time using the scale I made some Pancakes and I must say with the correct measurements that were precise they were the best Pancakes I'd made in a long time.
It was less messy measuring all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
The display is large and bright enough to see clearly.
I love my Salter Electronic Scale 5kg Stainless Steel Electronic Scale.

Absolutely love these Scales
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Salter 5kg Stainless Steel Electronic Scale is light, sleek, stylish and comes with a 15 year guarantee. They also come with easy to understand instructions and 3 batteries and so are ready to use right away. The display is clear, bright and gives a precise reading so that you can follow recipes to the exact amount of ingredients. No need to measure things separately it can all be weighed out in one bowl which is great because it saves time and mess. It is easily cleaned as well which is what I like in a kitchen scale.
The Scale is small enough to store anywhere in the kitchen.
I'm very happy with my Salter Electronic Scale.

The feature to add ingredients by weight to the same bowl is great. It’s also handy to use your own container or bowl to weigh out the ingredients.

Stainless steel digital scales
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got these salter scales, I have found them so very easy to use. The back lit screen to read weights etc is great. The scales are so simple to use and efficient. The scales are small enough not to take too much storage space up and are very easy to wipe clean if you spill anything on them.
Accurately measured what I needed to weigh out and overall in very pleased with the scales.

This stainless steel plate weighing scale is super easy to use, measures in g and kg, lb, ml and fl.oz, I must say it’s probably the first scale I have ever had that measures liquids and its accurate!
It has a clear easy to read backlit display.
It has a manual power on and power off saving that all-important battery life.
Its slim (see photo next to a 50p) and fits easy in to any draw or cupboard, and has a hanging hook on the back if you're that way inclined.
Its well built and has feet that are incased to the under body so your not going to loose any and have a wobbly scale.
Its minimalist design means it can be wiped clean after any spillages and it complements any modernist kitchen.
Simply its great, defo recommend.

Lovely design

Good scale
This scale is lightweight but works very well. I find the plastic finish makes it look a bit cheap but chose it as it uses AAA batteries which I feel are more practical as I use it a lot.

Good scales
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a set of scales, these scales are effective and work well. I particularly like that you can measure in millilitres as well as grams and that you can weigh multiple ingredients by using the 'zero' function. It also comes with a 15 year guarantee, which is always reassuring. However, I was disappointed with the design. The scales are sold as hygienic and easy to clean, but I don't think this is accurate. There is a ridge where the stainless steel meets the plastic surround and the buttons have a small gap between them and the plastic surround. As someone who bakes regularly, I know that flour, sugar, salt etc is going to fall into these gaps and it will be difficult to keep clean. Overall good scales that work well but with room for improvement!

Vey disappointed .Bought Salters as thoughts good make. Tried 3 lots of batteries and still just saying Lo , going to send back.
