Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Salt and pepper mills were easy to use. Just unscrew and add your own salt and pepper. I had some rock salt that I bought from Poland that I used in it. It did sometimes spit out the odd bigger piece of salt but all in all it ground the salt up well. I liked that it didn't leave a mess afterwards. Like with some salt and pepper mills there is always a bit that falls out on to the table after you have used it but these did not have that problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these some weeks ago and so happy that I did I have a huge salt mill to big for every day use so these where a perfect size they hold quite a bit so your not having to fill frequently and I find I'm using less salt on my food as I think freshly milled salt & pepper is much more tastier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of these wooden mills. They look lovely in my kitchen and my sister even complimented me on them.
They are a great size for the kitchen table, not overly big or too small.
The clear body is great as you can clearly see how long you have till the mill needs to be refilled.
The mills are easily refilled and they are really simple to clean too.
They are easy to use, they have a good grip and feel sturdy. It's simple to adjust how course you like the grind by adjusting the knob on the top.

Perfect accompaniment to any kitchen!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to use I am very pleased with my new Salter Beech Wood Salt & Pepper Mills. I love to cook and as everyone knows Salt and Pepper are two very common ingredients for most dishes so these Mills have come in very handy. The functionality is very straightforward and it's easy to replenish the Salt & Pepper once the Mills need refilling. I like the craftsmanship and design as it fits in very well to any modern kitchen. They are a good size and so you will not be constantly refilling on a monthly basis.
I am sure these will last a very good while and I look forward to continually using them, even if its just to add some Sea Salt to my Friday Fish & Chips dinner!

Brilliant for the kitchen!

Nice compact grinders
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these items a few weeks ago as my other ones were not to appealing on looks, I like the look of these grinders the wooden top is a nice feature they are easy to operate and refill, they also grind my salt and pepper slot better and finer so no crunchy pieces of pepper, i would recommend this product to friends and family definitely.

Waste of Money
I think there must be something wrong with the set I bought. I have to adjust the screw at the top every time I use them, and even then the salt and pepper is not finely ground. So much is wasted as it all drops out of the bottom, so I put more in the bin than on my food. So disappointed as buying household name like Salter, I expected better. I will be contacting the company with photographs.
