Overview

It features a marble non-stick coating so you can cook perfect scrambled, fried or up to four poached eggs with little or no oil. The grey marble coating ensures that food will easily be released from the pans when cooked and any debris will slide off for effortless cleaning. Great poacher
Very pleased with this purchase from Robert Dyas. Competitively priced too. For poaching, use medium eggs and be sure to grease before cracking eggs in. Works on my induction hob. Attractive pan.

Goo quality BUT egg cups too small for large eggs
Seriously thought about taking this back because of the egg cup size but decided to buy smaller eggs! Not ideal

Average with drawbacks
I have used the pan 3 times. All the little knobs must be put at the centre so the lid will fit. The non stick is not brilliant. The poachers are small and will not take a large egg often.

Very disappointed. The cups are not non-stick.
This poaching pan was bought for my son and daughter in law for their new house. I have written to you to point out that this is a very disappointing product - the cups are certainly not non-stick and take a lot of cleaning. I asked you in my email to refund me but I have had no response. I would be grateful if you could contact me. I will gladly return the poacher if you include the postage cost in my refund.

Very poor quality.
I chose Salter as a recognised brand that proudly advertise they have been manufacturing for generations. I was so disappointed when I opened it, the quality was appalling, the egg cups had sharp edges and were very badly finished and with the cups in place the lid would not fit properly and basically balanced on the cups and not on the rim of the pan as it should. I contacted Robert Dyas under their 30 day " No quibble" return policy and
that was not at all straight forward. After numerous emails including photos it was agreed I could return it which I did a week ago but yet to get any confirmation from them. Hoping I will hear something soon. I have since replaced it with a similar item for almost half the price and am very happy with it.
