Overview
The Delmora is a beautiful summerhouse with a glazed front and featuring a pretty veranda. There are double doors giving easy access to your garden furniture and imagine dining here with the doors thrown open to enjoy your garden.
The Delmora has opening windows, the number is determined by the building size so please look at the plan drawing provided. This lovely garden room is constructed from high grade 12 mm pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34 mm x 34mm framing. The floor and roof are 12 mm T&G with mineral roof felt provided to complete the roof exterior. The windows and doors are of joinery-made quality and of a storm-resistant design. Interchangeable side panels so the window can go on either side. The Summer house is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation; this could be a paint or a stain.
Assembly instructions and a fixing kit are included. Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot; please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for installation and painting. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day, you will also receive live tracking information.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
