Perfect choice
I wasn’t happy with my previous choice the buttoned up summer and winter versions from the brand. Now it’s OK.

So light
I am so pleased that this quilt is so light as I hate pressure on my feet, although it is a 10.5-Tog it sometimes feels cooler, but overall a good buy.

Should have come more securely hygienically packe
Repeat order so it does the job bur the packaging should've been better in terms of sanctity and hygiene given covid scenario and its for an allergy sufferer so kinda makes a mockery of your commitment to the brand and the fact that it's bedding.Dont send it out like that NOT JUST IN A FLIMSY COURIER BAG

This is an awful duvet
I bought this as a summer duvet. I put it on the bed. It’s so thin I had to take it off again and put my winter duvet back on again. VERY POOR quality

One box missing, table broken
We made a large online purchase of several items (order number 100886614) at the end of March. We needed the items stored in our garage as we had bought them in anticipation of moving house in May. The delivery driver wouldn't take them to the garage, and in the confusion where we had to do it, we didn't realise until much later a box was missing. In this box were a kettle and pans, items totally about £60. Last weekend, we opened one box containing a garden table, which was broken. It felt too after the event to get in touch as we hadn't checked the goods at the time, but overall it was very disappointing.
