Get what you pay for
Just bought this as a spare room bed, looks a bit more orange than on the website and came with screws missing which we had to wait another 10 days for! The bed is ok as a spare but not suitable for everyday use due to the cheap frame but we got what we paid for !

Solid bed at a great price!
The bed is very solid, well made and was pretty easy to put together (I manged to do it on my own in about 30 mins). The only reason for this not being a 5 star review is the colour, as it is a lot more orange than the photo indicates which was disappointing.

Poor quality
Very noisy! Middle legs longer then end two legs. Can't turn without making alot of noise. Customer service hard to get hold of. Slow replies

Missing pieces and unstable
The item arrived with a missing headboard plank, I tried calling customer service on multiple times but couldn’t get through, the bed feels unstable and was a different colour to the images online

Do not buy…
I bought this a month ago, removed from packaging and thought it was cheap and nasty. Needed the bed as had none so started to build it… holes everywhere for dowel joins but not that match on the joining piece?? Definitely not solid and not good value for money

No Instructions
Got it out of the box and there were no instructions. Difficult to build and some bits are now ruined because I clearly used the wrong screws at the wrong time.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
