Arrived in appalling condition
Item arrived late. The box when it arrived looked like it had been dropped from a great height many times. The plant was damaged with lots of stems missing which I found I'm bottom of box. Customer Service wasn't great as never speak to same person. They agreed to collect the item and refund me. Gave me a collection date and no one turned up after me taking a day off work to stay home. In the end I got my refund and disposed of the item. I won't be using this company again.
